Mirza Tuaha Hasan
Founder/Director
Provides overall strategic leadership and financial governance for the Corporate Division, supported by over 25 years of finance experience and a strong aviation background, including holding a Private Pilot Licence (PPL). Oversees financial planning, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and corporate structuring, while driving sustainable growth and ensuring alignment with corporate and aviation regulatory requirements.

Mahmoud Yousuf Abdullah Al-Sharif
Co-Founder/Director
Leads operational strategy and execution across corporate services. Ensures efficient processes, cross-department coordination, and service delivery standards while supporting both Corporate and Aviation Divisions at a strategic level.

Office Manager – TSL Labuan
Oversees the day-to-day administration and office operations of TSL Labuan. Manages office coordination, documentation, regulatory support, and internal processes to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and effective support for both management and clients.

Manages end-to-end human capital functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. Supports organizational culture, compliance, and workforce development across divisions.

Puteri Humaira'
Legal Advisor
Humaira is an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya (admitted July 2024) and a member of the Litigation team at Zain Megat & Murad, Kuala Lumpur. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Hons) from the International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM), awarded in 2023. Humaira gained practical experience through her pupilage under Datuk Megat Abdul Munir bin Megat Abdullah Rafaie and has been involved in litigation matters at the High Court and Court of Appeal, with exposure to civil litigation, construction and energy law, and banking disputes.

Captain Rolando Barba
Head of Training/Chief Flying Instructor
As Head of Training and Chief Flying Instructor, he will be overseeing all flight training operations, ensuring high standards of safety, instructional quality, and regulatory compliance. He plays a key role in developing Training manuals and developing professional pilots while fostering a strong culture of safety and excellence within the training organisation.

Executive Flight Engineer
Responsible for overseeing maintenance planning, technical compliance, and asset upkeep. Ensures all facilities, systems, and equipment meet operational, safety, and regulatory standards in support of business continuity.

Captain Reeshen
Flight Operations
Supports day-to-day operational activities, coordination, and execution of corporate tasks. Works closely with management to ensure smooth workflows, timely delivery, and adherence to company procedures. Holds a valid Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL)

Flight Operations
Ensures the smooth execution of daily flight activities, including planning, coordination, and operational oversight. Supports flight scheduling, crew coordination, and real-time decision-making to maintain efficiency and safety. Works closely with management to streamline workflows, ensure on-time performance, and uphold company and regulatory standards.

Executive Coordinator
Supports executive management through administrative oversight, reporting, and coordination of internal activities. Ensures timely follow-ups, document control, and efficient information flow within the organization.
